Account information: name, email address, phone number, and payment information when you apply to become a sales agent.
Usage data: pages visited, actions taken within the platform, and device/browser information.
Lead data: business names, phone numbers, and website information that agents work with through our platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

To operate and improve the WebHustle platform
To process your application and manage your agent account
To send you account-related SMS notifications and updates you have opted in to receive
To send local businesses a free website preview link they opted in to receive
To process payments and pay commissions

4. SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from WebHustle at the number provided. Messages may include application status updates, account notifications, website preview links, and service-related follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. All information collected is used solely to operate the WebHustle service as described in this policy.

Service providers: Telnyx (SMS/calling infrastructure), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database). These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services and are contractually bound to protect your data.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. SMS logs are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing support@webhustle.org.
